Attention - Updated CIT Information:

In recognition of Juneteenth, CIT offices will be closing at 2:00 PM local time across the various locations. The online client systems will remain available during their normal hours of operation.

Also, as part of an overall CIT system maintenance and testing exercise this weekend, the Client Information System (CIS) may experience some sporadic accessibility on Saturday, June 19. Client Data Transmissions and the Client Internet Reporting System (Patrina) will NOT be impacted and will remain fully available through the weekend.

We are excited to offer this CIS Mobile service. This easy-to-use mobile version of CIS is complimentary for all CIT Commercial Services' clients.

CIS Access and Security Information -

For both client and CIT security, we strive to protect against unauthorized access. 

  • You must actually key your User Name and Password.
  • Your user account will lock upon three failed logon attempts.
  • Sharing CIS user ids and passwords is strongly discouraged.

If you are locked out or need a password reset, contact the Client Support Services Help Desk. We will verify your user account, including your email address, and the system will automatically generate and email a new password.

If multiple users in your company access CIS we will be happy to setup as many user accounts as necessary.
