CIT Client Information System - CIS


Attention: CIT System Maintenance - May 14 and 15, 2022

During the weekend of May 14-15, CIT will be conducting systems maintenance. The Client Information System (CIS) and the "Classic" Client System will have limited availability during this timeframe. Client Internet Reporting System (Patrina) will NOT be impacted and will remain available throughout the weekend.

The normal availability schedule for acceptance and delivery of electronic transmissions will also be affected by this exercise. Sporadic systems access may be available, however it is recommended that clients postpone weekend transmissions until Sunday evening or Monday morning.

CIS Mobile App - 

We are excited to offer this CIS Mobile service. This easy-to-use mobile version of CIS is complimentary for all CIT Commercial Services' clients.

CIS Access and Security Information -

For both client and CIT security, we strive to protect against unauthorized access. 

  • You must actually key your User Name and Password.
  • Your user account will lock upon three failed logon attempts.
  • Sharing CIS user ids and passwords is strongly discouraged.

If you are locked out or need a password reset, contact the Client Support Services Help Desk. We will verify your user account, including your email address, and the system will automatically generate and email a new password.

If multiple users in your company access CIS we will be happy to setup as many user accounts as necessary.
